At Qaisara, we recognize the challenges faced by Muslim foreign domestic workers (FDWs) living and working far from home. That’s why we are committed to being a source of support, guidance, and advocacy for them.

We assist by providing:

• Awareness on employment rights and basic legal protections under Singapore law.
   
• Emotional and spiritual support, including connections to mosques and religious activities.
   
• Assistance in resolving workplace issues, such as unpaid salary, abuse, or unfair treatment — through proper channels and referrals.
   
• Workshops and info-sessions in Bahasa Indonesia to empower FDWs with practical knowledge and confidence.
   
• Community building through social gatherings, festive programs, and safe spaces where FDWs feel heard, respected, and valued.
   

Qaisara aims to uplift and protect Muslim Indonesian FDWs, not just as workers, but as sisters in faith and fellow human beings deserving of dignity and care.

Qaisara is committed to standing by our Muslim brothers working in Singapore. We understand the emotional, spiritual, and practical challenges they face while being away from home and family.

Our support includes:

• Guidance on employment rights and access to help when facing issues such as unpaid wages, unfair treatment, or unsafe work conditions.
   
• Religious support, helping workers stay connected to Islamic practices through mosque access, Jumaat reminders, and spiritual gatherings.
   
• Language-friendly assistance in Bengali (Bangla) to ensure clear communication and trust.
   
• Community outreach, providing welfare support, festive meals, and opportunities for social connection.
   
• Referrals to proper channels including NGOs, legal aid, and government bodies when needed.
